Deploy to SAP BTP - what issues/difficulties to expect

Hello all, We have an app that is deployed to SAP BTP, and we are noticing different behaviour compared to our test environment. What are some differences to keep in mind when you deploy your app to SAP BTP (e.g. microflow behaviour, commit to database, ...)? That way, we can start searching for possible causes for our issues.
