Core Resources cannot be changed from small to medium/large

Post environment setup and as the application accepting traffic, tried to increase the Core Resources from Small to Medium (or) Large, and seeing the following error. Type Reason Age From Message ---- ------ ---- ---- ------- Warning FailedRuntime 12m (x2 over 13m) controller_mendixapp reconcile update Runtime failed: Operation cannot be fulfilled on runtimes.privatecloud.mendix.com "gkyc-uat": the object has been modified; please apply your changes to the latest version and try again. Mendix Runtime Version: 9.12.4.47318 Has anyone faced this issue? As the system indicates apply the changes to latest version, should I be trying this on newer Runtime version?
