Hi all, We want that customdomain.com forwards traffic to app.mendixcloud.com with keeping the url customdomain.com. As documentation prescribes, we should first create and configure a subdomain of our custom domain and redirect the naked domain to this subdomain. We were able to forward sub.customdomain.com traffic to app.mendixcloud.com. But unfortunately we were not able to forward traffic from a naked domain to subdomain. The DNS change is done properly, but we got a 404 DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN. So it seems Mendix is not able to resolve the DNS. WOuld really appreciate if you have advice regarding working solutions forwarding from naked domain to a mendix app ?

If you want to use a custom apex/naked domain you should redirect it to a subdomain (for example, subdomain.mycompany.com) and create a CNAME for the subdomain instead.
