Free application in Sandbox is taking forever to open

My free application in sandbox is taking forever to open. Earlier it atleast opened in 5-10 mins in initial first couple of hits, but after that it only displays the standard Resuming app page.   I am providing the below screenshot for your reference.     Please suggest if anyone has encountered the same issue and provide any solution to it.   Regards, Harshil S

Hi Harshil

This is common behaviour of a free app: it’s gone into sleep-mode. Leave it open, after some time, it will boot up again and you can use it as you want.

If you want it to happen faster, run it locally on your pc so you’re not blocked in any way.
