You should be able to download a back-up of your data of the free node in the ‘Backups’  menu of your cloud.home.mendix environment of your specific application.(https://docs.mendix.com/developerportal/operate/backups/)

With that you can restore the DB on the licensed node: https://docs.mendix.com/developerportal/operate/restore-backup/
