Build failed - error occurred: failed to create application layer

Getting an error for build while deploying package to PROD environment with below error line – "error occurred: failed to create application layer" Creating package from teamserver is been successful but while deploying that package to Production environment of Private cloud we are getting this error. Does anyone know when this kind of error occurs and how to resolve it? Thank you in advance!
