Enummration drop list is disabled

I added an enumeration for a balloon's colors when I added the drop list and connected the attribute to it.   The droplist is disabled when adding a new event, I can choose the colors of the balloons   Mendix Version 9.24.2

Can you please check your entity access?

Maybe it is because of that only..
