Application URL not loading in production environment

Hi, We are currently facing an issue with the deployment of application into the production environment. Actually, we have an application using Mendix Version 7.16.0 in the current production environment, and as a part of the version upgrade, we have upgraded the Mendix version to 7.23.21. These changes have been deployed to SIT and UAT, and everything seems to be working fine in both environments. But when we deploy the same MDA file to production, we are facing an issue where the application URL itself is not loaded, so it is redirecting to login.html instead of index.html. Can you please help me to understood what could be the reason.
