Hi Abdul,
Can you click on "Details" on your Environment (which you labeled "Mendix-Dev").
Now, on the "Environment Details" page, you probably will see a Notification/Message (in a red container), saying something like this:
"We encountered an issue with your SAP cloud account. Please contact your administrator for support."
Click again on Details here, and it should show what went wrong. Most likely it couldn't create a service that is needed.
