How to get APP url while doing on premises deployment.

Need clarrification to get APP url. Without ingress configuration in runtime Network is showing cross symbol. Ingress configured means getting network status in green(ticked) and showing the below URL in Appurl column While clicking this URL it is redirecting to promethus instead of opening application. Could you guide me that where I can get correct URL or I have to additional config over there
