How to display Arabic character in PDF using Page template? Right now #### is coming in place of Arabic character

I m trying to create PDF using template document . But in the case of arabic character in PDF coming as '#####' insist of Arabic character . Below is the screenshot how i generated PDF using PDF generator. i have tried some of the solution mentioned in the forum. https://community.mendix.com/link/space/app-development/questions/130051
