Memory usage Mx10.6 vs Mx9.24: still doable with 1GB memory?

One of my apps is running on a server limited to only 1 GB memory. Running fine currently on Mx9.24. So I am wondering if this will be the same after upgrading to Mx10.6. Will it still run with only 1GB memory?
