Changing the Technical Contact for a Mendix project

Hi there! I am working in a project where one of the team members is assigned as Technical Contact and I want to change the Technical contact. I have checked the link App Roles | Mendix Documentation to change the Technical contact. We have deployed the project on AWS and used Mendix for Private cloud rather than the Mendix -free, the options for the permissions are not visible. I have also shared the image for it. Please help me regarding this.

Logged in is a Technical Contact, go to Environments – Permissions and click on the well hidden hyperlink under the name you want to make technical contact :
