Mendix Service Console - Configurate access to the app

Hi, We are deploying the app and trying to let the Mendix Service console on a server and let the user connect from different devices. In that case, as It will be normal, the users have to have the VPN connection active on the device to access. Well, we are not finding the way to configure this. That's our actual configuration. So, on this case, I have 2 questions: 1. How to configure it well? 2. How we can manage to chande the URL access from "IPcode:PortNumber" to www.application.com
