Calculator for sizing Heap, Stack and other setting?

Does anyone know of a calculator for calculating Heap and Stack size for private cloud Mendix app containers? Recently I observed one of our apps having containers of 6GB running with 5.5GB heap size, leaving only 0.5GB for stack while stack settings were at 8MB. We now reduced the heapsize to 60%, only I would like to know if there are any calculators/excels/best practices for sizing and fine tuning config parameters and memory?
