Error when configuring Mendix Core App at Opcenter Core 2310.002. Error: 2024-05-16 23:38:15.445 ERROR - M2EE: An error occurred while initializing the Runtime: DatabaseJdbcUrl and DatabasePassword have no value.com.mendix.m2ee.api.AdminException: An error occurred while initializing the Runtime: DatabaseJdbcUrl and DatabasePassword have no value. Any idea?

You must add these values in your configuration file which can be found via:
App Explorer - Settings -Configurations - Edit/New configuration file
