Checkout the logs on the developers portal for more info.

Pro tip: open up the live log of your node while you try to deploy again.

Visit the Developer portal as linked and check if the MDA (Deployment package) was built successfully, if not check the package > details > build output

If it was built correctly you check the application logs for deployment issues of that package.
