PWA Feature not working after deploying the app on on-premise using Mendix App Service Console

We have deployed the app and it is working fine as PWA on Mendix Cloud but the same app we have deployed on on-prem server using Mendix App Service Console, The PWA feature is not working on mobile devices even there is no option on mobile browser to install the app.
