Migrating Mendix Cloud or Private Cloud file uploads to On Premise Deployment (Single Server)

Hi, I would like to ask if there is any recommend practice when migrating data from an Application that is deployed on Mendix Cloud or Private Cloud to On Premises single server scenario (e.g. Linux m2ee or Windows Service Console) ? I believe that there is a backup format that comes out of the box from Mendix Cloud, however it uses S3 as file storage which may have a little bit different structure and id references than when the files were hosts locally. For database, we can use Mendix Database Migration using Runtime configuration. but how about the files? How can we safely move all the files to a single server scenario? Thanks for recommendation.
