Hi All,   We have the application deployed on premise. It is running for 3 years. But it stopped last Monday. There is no change in the configuration, but last Monday all of the configuration in the Mendix Service Console including the application root url and ports are gone. Even the license is removed. We have added back the configuration and license, but still the app is not loading.

Hi,

Try redeploying the code once again on-premise and restarting it. If it still doesn’t work, please raise a support ticket to Mendix.
