multiSubnetFailover=true not recognized - Unstable connection to SQL Server 2022

Our Functional Application Manager has set up a Mendix on-premise environment connected to a SQL Server 2022 database. The DBAs recommend configuring it with multiSubnetFailover=true, but the logs show that this setting is not recognized: 2025-04-10 08:02:42.930 WARNING - Configuration: Found unknown configuration settings. This is either due to misconfiguration or the module responsible for the setting did not come online. 2025-04-10 08:02:42.930 WARNING - Configuration: Unknown configuration setting 'MultiSubnetFailover' with value 'True' Sometimes, the database becomes unreachable. We need to have this configured correctly. Any ideas on what might be causing this issue?
