Customize the offline message that appears when deploying a package to an environment

Hi all, Does anyone know how to customize the "offline message" that appears when deploying a package to an environment? For example, I’d like to display a custom message such as: “The app is temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance. Please check back shortly.” Any guidance or documentation reference would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance! Screenshot for reference:

If you have a UI module you can define a custom Offline HTML page.
In your UI module > public > error-page you can create a offline.html page which is fully customizable.
