TopDesk and Mendix conflicting

Has anyone noticed problems with using TopDesk and Mendix? I have a client with a couple of on premise/sso Mendix applications. Users are logged into TopDesk and when they open a Mendix application sometimes the connection with TopDesk is lost and the Mendix does not start.   EDIT: TopDesk is not using SSO. (BTW it is Kerberos in this case, which works fine)

Are you referring to an SSO solution on both ends (TopDesk and Mendix) here that stops working when being referred to the Mendix end from TopDesk?
