Run Locally failing

When I click on Run Locally and then View i get following situation: I get below error: When I changed Admin Port to something else then i get below: Page with big black dot on URI: http://localhost:8080/login.html Please suggest solution.

Do you have any other Mendix applications (or other servers) running from your PC?

It tells you that a different server is running on port 8090. My guess is that that application also uses port 8080, the one you are navigating to in your browser. That would mean that the black dot you are seeing is not a page from the application you are trying to view.
