How do I get the Mendix License ID and Key in a CI/CD Pipeline?

I’m trying to build out a CI/CD piplines using Devops and Azure Kubernetes Service. I have the docker file building and my next step is to deploy the image to Kubernetes. I’m following this guide for that but I’m not sure where or when or how to obtain the mentioned license id and key. https://docs.mendix.com/developerportal/deploy/run-mendix-on-kubernetes
