How to Deploy .Mda file in new cloud environment without using mendix platform

My Requirements : I need to deploy a new app in the new AWS cloud environment. Issue 1: not able to find deploy console along with studio pro 8.3 installable? How to get the mendix to deploy new app the screen which is shown under Deployment → on Premises -> Microsoft Windows Issue 2: what are pre-requisites needed to deploy a new app in the new cloud environment.

if you want to deploy to aws EC2 linux , it is similar to deploy to any linux OS.
