Publish on Mendix cloud Application with Rest API configure

Hi, I have transformed some entities on REST API with different methods on an App, all is working well in localhost but when I publish on the cloud, and I try to get any answer from POSTMAN for example with the acceptance URL, I have an error message “Could not get any response” I think there is some parameter to do on the Network section of environment on Mendix Cloud but I not found it.
