Could Epics Manage with more Parameters, like Due To Date, Status, Sorting by?

Hello Experts,

With a new project starting on 10.6, we are trying out the new Epics/Planning feature in the new project (as we have been using Mx9 and old Sprints/Stories for a long time). We have identified some potential needs in Project Management as follows:

1. Is it possible to include a "Due Date" parameter for Epics/Stories? This would be reliable for customers' review.
2. Could we have a "Status" parameter for Epics? For example, "Planning," "In Progress," "Testing," "Deployed," and "Done." We can use tags for this purpose, but it becomes difficult to manage when there are too many tags.
3. Can we introduce a "Sorting" function on the Epics page? It would allow sorting by Name, Created Date, or Changed Date.
4. Additionally, is there a way to consolidate all the Change Logs of Epics/Stories on a single page? This would fulfill the customers' review requirement.
