Epics Reordering

I have been added epics and changed my mind and deleted them all, now when I add new Epics they are not starting from 1; they are going to the number we reached with the last records: I want them to start from (1), And is there any way to rearrange the epics and their priorities?

We don’t have control over that, it is auto generated.

That's right and this number does not reflect priority, it's just the unique ID of an epic. If I'm understanding you right, what you'd actually like to do is to order them by priority, right?
