Why do I get an authentication error when accessing the IAH Service Desk?

When I try to access the Service Desk for Industrial Asset Hub (IAH) & SINEC Security Guard (SSG)  I get the an unexpected authentication error. The technical details explain "Your aal or ial level or device_status are not enough to access this application".  What causes this issue and how can it be solved?

Dear Matthias, the error messages might be related with the following fact:

Access to our IAH service desk application is restricted due to security reasons. Please contact our service desk team via mailto:iah.sd.infra@siemens.com to report and resolve the issue. In this case, don't forget to provide your IAH Tenant-ID so that we are able to validate your request.
