Lately an issue with the redirection for applications was reported. You might receive the message "Application not running." even though it should be.
We found out that this is related to a logic in the IE Runtime that looks for the service name in the container name. In case the service name is not part of the container name you will receive the "Application is not running." error message.
We are taking care of that problem and will deliver a fix.
In the meantime we want to advice you with the workarounds.
a) don't specify any container name in docker compose or
b) define a container name that includes the service name
