📢 Release: OPC UA Connector V2.4

Dear 🔹Industrial Edge Community,

 

We have released the OPC UA Connector 2.4 version on Prod Hub.

 

Key Features:

Centralized Configuration: The connector can now be configured centrally via the Common Configurator running on IEM, which requires IED-OS 3.0 or later.

Note: The Centralized Configuration via the Common Configurator in the IEM is not yet released, but the OPC UA Connector will support this once it is available

 

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed browsing issue with certificates: The connector now supports secure browsing of OPCUA Server with certificates in the Common Configurator running on IED.
• Fixed issue with the connection and data publication when the OPCUA Server disconnects and connects back to the network.

 

Dependency:

Software Requirements: OPC UA Connector V2.4 requires IED-OS V2.1 later or IEvD V1.16 or later.
