If you would like to create a Service Request in SiePortal please read the following advices carefully: Please create the Support Request in English Please choose the correct product in the project tree depending on your issue Please attach all needed logs to the Service Request (Device, Management, Apps, etc) Please provide the Industrial Edge Device Report, which contains valuable information about all versions and information of Edge Device. Please add the following information to the Service Request IEM Type: IEM OS, IEM Cloud, IEM Pro or IEM Virtual IEM App Version IEM Services Version IP based IEM or DNS based IEM IED Type: (e.g.IPC227, Unified Comfort Panel, etc) IED-OS Version Information about the network infrastructure (Proxy, NTP Server, etc) All used apps including versions Other used components
