It was a rookie mistake. Apparently the virtual machine that I had configured for the second hard disk was not being supported since the disk had already taken its capacity. I ran the setup again with less space and it worked perfect. Thank you.

sorry for the delays in response. As far as I recall, that is normal to be seen after the cluster creation has been completed. You can try the "reload" option and the page should refresh with the now functioning IEM.
Or do you mean that even after selecting either choice (reload/connect) you get the same message?

Thanks for your help. That's right, with any selection I have the same problem. I haven't made any progress from that point.
