Unable to remove a member on the maintenance screen.

I am running the latest IEM 1.5.2-4 I have a member that was added while doing some testing.  On the maintenance screen under settings and members, the member is shown with the status of approved. Under action, all that is available is show password token.   The account used to create the IEM using the hub has the roles. USER  IEM_MANAGER  ORGANIZATION_ADMIN    Not sure what is missing but this is beyond frustrating.
