When IEMV2 went into a bad state and I reset up, the hub seemed to think I have two instances of that IEM even though its impossible due to the config file only working for one. You will see it shows two subscriptions needed for the same IEM.

Hi Caleb,
You don't have a license for the devices which you onboarded to IEM. That is the root cause. For each device the license is required. I would recommend you to order the licenses via Marketplace.
