Facing error - Unable to activate edge device (SIMATIC IPC847E)

Hi everyone, I’m facing an issue while trying to onboard an IPC847E to Industrial Edge Management (IEM). We have created the onboarding file in IEM with all the required information, including the MAC address, IP address, and DNS settings. The device currently has a DHCP-assigned IP address, and we are able to see the network interface. However, during the onboarding process, we are stuck and unable to move forward. I’m wondering if there are any specific prerequisites or configurations needed before starting the onboarding process. Do we need to set a static IP or perform any additional steps beforehand? The issue is resolved
As the customer has problem with their DNS server also they had problem with the connectivity as the had different subnet for IEM and IED so after they corrected their DNS and subnet they successfully onboarded the edge device to the IEM
