IEDV Offline Status After Updating Custom Certificates

Hello, We are having trouble getting the IEDV to go online after updating the certificates. We updated custom certificates on the IEMV and IEDV (issued by Siemens CA), and everything went well. However, when we tried to import IEMV certificate (private key + bundled certificate, including intermediate and root CA) into the IEDV (through IEMV GUI), the task remained in pending job status, causing the IEDV to stay in an offline state. Both the virtual management system and the device are running the latest available versions. We encountered the same behavior with another IEMV/IEDV a month ago. However, in that case, the IEDV magically went online without any intervention after two days. EDIT: So it wasn't magical; I had just forgotten that I loaded IEM CA into IEDV when I tried 'repairing' it. Any thoughts on what might be causing this issue and how it can be fixed? Hello Petr,
could you please download IEM CA certificates of your IEVD in your IEM's UI and import it to your IEVDs Trust store?
This can be done via "Device--> click on the "3 dots" of your IEVD --> Download CA Certificates". After successfully downloading, go to your IEVD's Web UI, go to "Settings-->System-->Import Certificates to IED Trust Store" and upload the recently downloaded json file.
Please check a couple of minutes later if the issue is resolved.
