How to Redirect to Google Maps and get Direction for the Plotted shape on Map?

Hy Everyone, I need to Draw or plot the shape on the map, By clicking on that place the page should redirect to google maps and show the direction for that place from the current location of the user. Can anybody suggest a solution for the above mentioned requirement?
