Hybrid mobile SAML in iOS 13 and 15 is not working

I have built a hybrid mobile application (cordova build) with a SAML authentication (ADFS). It works well with android. However, when using in iOS version 13 through version 15, the SAML logs is success but the application alway redirect back to login screen again. Any suggestion for ios hybrid saml are welcome.
