How to Configure SSO by Using SAML for On-Premises Deployed Application in Mendix?

I deploy application in IIS manger using Mendix Service Console and configure SSO setting and use OKTA as IDP but when I deploy it for SSO it not gone work. But with same configuration when I deploy it in local it work fine. I attach all screenshot can any one just help me with this?
