No Optional seletors in Publish Web Service Editor

The editor for Publish Web services seems to have lost the tick boxes to allow fields to be set to “Optional”. Field can only be set to Nillable. Is there a work around?

This is the published webservice in Mx9.12.2:
So it is still there. Even if the attribute is obligatory. So can you some screenshot of the popup where you are missing the Nillable checkbox. Maybe then we can help.
