Visualizing live Data

I want to build an app for my company, displaying all the machines in an app with their live data.  The datasource of the data is not decided yet.  What would be the easiest way to visualize live data from machines? Thanks in advance!

The type of graph very much depends on the information and alert you want to show. 

I would use the combination of:

or when Mindspere:
