Docusign connector - Use Company Login does not work

We have successfully integrated the Docusign module to send documents on a users behalf when the user logins into docusign with a standard docusign account. However when we switched to the "Use Company login" button to login to Docusign the user authentication no longer works. From my understanding this process uses SAML authentication. Does the Docusign connector not support this process of logging into Docusign via SAML? Does anyone have any advice on how to proceed?
