3D Viewer for Teamcenter - not showing document giving the error 404 file not found

I have merged two applications on Mendix and one of the applications is of Teamcenter connector, when I try to open the 3d file from merged application it is giving an error that 404 file not found not showing the document. But in standalone Teamcenter application its working fine. Below is the screenshot please suggest a solution. Thanks
