can user decide what type of field they want to store & create a form dynamically at runtime in mendix

In my requirement is to develop an interface through user can dynamically create a form with different types of fields(String, Boolean , checkbox etc)& also can update the form later point in time . All this should be done at runtime. Could anyone help me in this regard.
