Deep link is not working after authentication on TEST environment

Hello experts, I am using deeplink in email to navigate to ticketDetail page in my application. But when I click on deeplink from email then after authentication (logged in by using credentials) it opens the Home page of my app. Mendix version - 9.24.14 Deeplink version - 9.0.15 Please suggest me any solution. Thanks.

Hi Ankit,

Have you checked that all user roles have the Deeplink.User role?

seems like the object id which is passed to deeplink might not be right or user might not have access to the object

Login as a admin and go to the deeplink configuration page.

Verify the advanced tab. There is a checkbox: "Do not force a login action".
