Hi, I followed with below steps : hostname: Existing hostname() port: 22 Used ‘Obtain host key’ to get the key. But the a pop-up with error "An error occured, please contact your system administrator." Could you please help me with this?

This sounds like it is probably a network error. There could be a firewall blocking access. Do you have access to the host computer on port 22 outside the Mendix application? To check this, install an SFTP client application on your computer and try accessing the remote computer using that.
