We can achieve many UI designs like sliding pictures or things like that by adding plugins of jQuery. Is there any way to add plugins of jQuery in mendix? if tehre are not, then how we can achieve that in mendix? Can anyone please help?

You can create widgets that use jQuery. In the appstore are many examples available and the documentation is here
