SAML with SOAP

0
Our system runs with the Ldap implementation for Single Signon. With this users have to signon seperately to the Mendix app.  If I would like to have the users not to signon seperately to Mendix I guess SAML would be approppriate, but I read that SAML gives no support (yet) for the SOAP binding.  That means that as long as we communicate with SOAP messages to / from other systems we can not use SAML?

I would agree that SAML will give you the SSO experience you're looking for (sign in once, use multiple apps).

As for you question about SAOP, that sounds incorrect. You can definitely use SAML as your SSO solution while also using SOAP services elsewhere in your Mendix app.
